Checking back in from Verizon hell….
I have been in what I can only call “Verizon hell” for the past couple of weeks - dealing with the most amazing screw-ups I’ve ever encountered with any company (and resulting in a final, desperate call to the Public Utilility Commission yesterday). To make a long, sordid, nerve-wracking story short, I had no internet connection for all this time (just rescued by another provider after giving up on Verizon in disgust).
Anyway, back in action…..
