- Average jobless person looks for work 39.7 weeks, longest since 1948
- 19% of Philly children live in deep poverty ($11,175/year or less for family of 4)
- 1/3 Philly students do not graduate high school
- Rent has increased 31% since 2001, & 40% of Philly renters spend at least 1/3 of income on rent
