Announcing: This fall’s hit comedy series…
…the “Republican Debates.” We just didn’t expect this level of entertainment, did we? I expect them to win an Emmy for best comedy series!
I don’t often comment on the nuttiness of these debates because they are discussed to death everywhere else. But I do have one comment:
Do they have any idea what the word, “covert,” means? I mean, last night, they kept saying President Obama should have “covert” operations just about everywhere on the planet, and no one questioned this crazy stuff. I mean, like, how do they know he doesn’t? Huh? Duh. Or do they just not know the definition of “covert”? They need to bring a dictionary to these debates. Sadly, at least 3 of them probably don’t own one or don’t know how to use one…Bachmann, Perry, and Santorum, at least. Not sure about the others.
And the “King of Smarm” is on the rise? Didn’t we have enough of Newt 20 years ago? Blech!
